Our Mission Statement
Can we make a difference in the lives of people around us? Can we spread awareness about topics that stand out to us? Well, we don’t know if we can, but we will do whatever it takes to try. As a group of high schoolers, we have more than just a “want” to help our community, we have a will. The power of the youth won’t disappear. If anything, it will grow. Our mission is a simple one, but the ripples it will make in the community are more than complex. Mission: Create a platform for the youth to share their opinions
ABOUT US
As part of the youth community ourselves, we strongly disagree with the norms claiming that teenagers do not deserve to be taken seriously. In our world, the voices of young people must be heard. We need to be able to express our ideas on scientific topics, technological breakthroughs, and problems in our society without being worried about the repercussions of doing so.
We hope that our platform and organization prove to be useful to our society through pandemics, civil unrest, and other problems that our country may face in the future. One aspect will always stay the same though: the power of the youth. Our goal is simple, though getting it started might be a hassle. We will do whatever it takes to promote the voices of the youth. Mission: To create a platform for the youth to create awareness and express their opinions.

Meet Our Team
Keerthi Nalabotu
Founder and President
Keerthi Nalabotu is the President and Founder of m-Power. She created m-Power as a platform to allow the youth to express their opinions in terms to science and tech breakthroughs. She believes this platform will be a very useful tool for the youth to spread awareness through our community. Outside of m-Power, she is an avid speech competitor and she loves science. She is a member of the Science Olympiad Biotech, and other clubs that she is proud to be a part of.
Tho Nguyen
Chief Blog Editor and Head of Communications
Tho Nguyen is m-Power’s Chief Blog Editor and Communicator. She is a high schooler living in the Bay Area. Tho is a member of her school's writing and biotechnology club, and she is passionate about art and music. One of her aspirations is to show how discoveries in emerging fields will impact the next generation. In her spare time, Tho enjoys playing piano, writing poems, drawing, and calligraphy.
Tejasvini Ramesh
Website Developer and Head Interviewer
Tejasvini Ramesh, is a web developer, writer, and interviewer here at m-Power. She joined m-Power to share her voice with the world and spread awareness about several important societal issues with the youth. Her favorite topics to write about are mainly science-related, specifically in the molecular biology field. Outside of m-Power, Tejasvini is a 2nd Dan black belt in Taekwondo and enjoys competing in tournaments with her teammates.
Amrutha Tummala
Tech Chief Editor
Amrutha Tummala is the Tech Chief Editor. In school, she enjoys studying math and science and reading her favorite book, The Kingkiller Chronicle. In her leisure time, she loves curling up on the couch and watching YouTube or space documentaries with a warm cup of Hazelnut coffee. When the night is especially clear and cloudless, she likes to stargaze, naming as many stars and constellations as she can.
Janani Prasad
Science Chief Editor
Janani Prasad is a high school student in the Bay Area and the Science Chief Editor of m-Power. Living in the hub of science and tech has allowed her to dive deeper into these subjects. Her passion for science has driven her to participate in Science Fairs, Science Olympiad, and tutor elementary students about science. Thanks to m-Power, she is able to share scientific research with everyone and write her heart out about her favorite subjects.
Regina
Head Website Developer
Regina is one of m-Power's website developers and writers. She loves science and math so she is a part of her school's Biology and Biotech club. She also loves the fact that "math is the language of science". Regina takes interest in the field of science and hopes to start a career in that field. Through m-Power, she is able to spread awareness about a lot of things that people really don't think about. She looks forward to life and the challenges it will bring.
Diya Mahapatra
Advertisement Officer
Diya Mahapatra lives in the Bay Area. She is M-Power’s advertisement officer. She joined M-Power because she wants to educate others on the STEM field. She enjoys math, biology, and debate. Diya is part of many clubs at her school related to the science field. Outside of school she loves to play tennis, dance, hang out with her friends, listen to music, and tutor kids.
Melody Yuan
Creative Advisor
Melody Yuan is the Creative Advisor of m-Power. She goes to high school in California. Melody believes that it is important for youth to voice their opinions, as they are essentially the future of the world. Outside of school, she enjoys editing photos, watching YouTube videos, playing the piano, and eating food.
Isabelle Lo
Head Video Developer
Isabelle is a high school student in the Bay Area and is M-Power's Head Video Developer. She decided to join M-Power because she is really interested in STEM. She really enjoys math, science (especially labs!), puzzles, engineering, and robotics. At school, she is part of a few STEM-related clubs. Outside of school, she likes learning new skills (like video editing!), reading, photography and just talking with friends.
